Arvin is a Senior Associate at S45, where he works across valuation, strategic capital advisory and fundraising support for growth-stage businesses. He partners with founders on financial and analytical evaluation to support informed capital decisions. In parallel, he plays an active role in strengthening S45’s internal platforms, contributing to structured execution frameworks and AI-enabled workflows that enhance consistency, speed and decision quality across mandates.

Prior to S45, Arvin worked in management consulting at YCP Auctus, advising large corporates and infrastructure platforms on capital allocation, bid strategy and financial feasibility. He developed detailed valuation models, developed investment theses for senior approval forums, and contributed to high-value commercial decisions across sectors. His exposure to infrastructure, digital and operating-led businesses has given him a broad understanding of diverse revenue models, cost structures and scalability dynamics.

Arvin holds a B.Tech from IIT Delhi with a Minor Degree in Business Management.
