Himanshu Khatri is a Chartered Accountant with an All India Rank 41 and an investment banking background across fundraises, debt financing, and M&A execution. Before joining S45, he worked in the Investment Banking team at PwC India, where he managed the end-to-end execution of a growth fundraising mandate that successfully closed, and supported a buy-side mandate for a global services business. His work spanned financial analysis, investor engagement, preparation of marketing materials, and coordination with legal, tax, and diligence teams.

Prior to PwC, Himanshu worked at Axcelus Finserv on financing and fundraise mandates across industrial and technology sectors. He closed multiple transactions including growth financing, private equity fundraises, and debt placements. His responsibilities included detailed financial modelling, due diligence coordination, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, and direct interaction with CXOs and investors.

At S45, Himanshu will work end-to-end with founders and all key stakeholders across valuation modelling, business performance analysis, fundraising preparation, investor materials, and transaction execution — supporting companies through their capital markets journey.

Outside work, he enjoys cricket, chess, and trekking.
