Raghav Sharma

Raghav is a Senior Associate at S45, where he works across M&A advisory, fundraising, deal sourcing and evaluation for Indian mid-market transactions. He leads IPO/DRHP-related research and analysis, shaping the frameworks and methodology used to translate complex diligence findings into structured, decision-ready documentation for clients and senior stakeholders. He is also closely involved in building out S45's internal capabilities, developing execution frameworks and integrating AI-driven tools into the firm's workflows to improve turnaround time and consistency across deal teams.

Prior to S45, Raghav worked in strategy consulting at Nomura Research Institute (NRI), advising clients on market entry and growth strategy across India, Southeast Asia and Africa. He led commercial due diligence and valuation work supporting over USD 1B in investment discussions, and prepared structured market sizing, competitive benchmarking and business model analyses for CXO-level stakeholders.

Raghav holds a B.Tech from IIT Delhi in Chemical Engineering, where he built cross-border exposure through research and semester exchange programs in France and South Korea, broadening his perspective across academic and cultural contexts.
