A seasoned investor relations and capital markets strategist, Rajesh has advised more than 80 public companies across sectors, partnering with boards and leadership teams on financial communication, capital strategy and investor engagement. Before S45, he was CEO of Stellar IR Advisors and held a senior leadership role at Orient Capital, a MUFG group company, where he scaled investor engagement platforms and deepened institutional relationships. Earlier, he co-founded Cleaon IR and led investor relations at UFlex, managing global outreach and financial narratives. His career also spans Treasury and DCM leadership at Capri Global, with earlier stints at Reliance Capital, Pfizer and Bayer, giving him a 360 degree perspective across finance, strategy and stakeholders.
