A seasoned financial strategist, Ritesh has worked across equity broking, wealth management, structured products and real estate investments. His entrepreneurial approach has helped HNIs, MSMEs and growth stage businesses optimise capital allocation, manage risk and capture opportunities across market cycles. Before S45, he held leadership roles at IIFL Securities and SMC Advisory, facilitating high value transactions and building scalable wealth management frameworks. He also led multi regional business operations at Narnolia and Indiabulls, establishing profitable centres across North India.

Over the years, Ritesh has built deep relationships with leading financial distributors including Motilal Oswal, IIFL, Prudent, Bonanza, SMC and LKP, creating a network that spans the full financial ecosystem. He believes that distribution excellence is about connecting the right opportunities with the right partners at the right time, enabling mutual growth and long term alignment.
