Tushar is the Co-founder of S45, bringing over 16+ years across finance, technology, blockchain and manufacturing. He currently co-leads the fixed-income business at Dexif Securities with Deepank, working to remove structural bottlenecks in India’s debt capital markets. In a short span, Dexif has become a credible participant with leading banks and financial institutions.

He began his career at JPMorgan and Morgan Stanley in London during the 2008 crisis, then served as a market maker in index derivatives for hedge funds in Europe and later India. An early believer in blockchain, he built Bitcoin applications as early as 2014 with the founders of chess.com. Beyond markets, he has operated a vertically integrated D2C brand with in-house manufacturing, giving him hands-on perspective on cash-credit cycles, workforce and quality management, supplier coordination and performance marketing.

At S45, Tushar blends operator empathy with capital-markets rigor. He believes public markets create real economic value for companies and investors, and he brings a patient, first-principles approach to every founder conversation, from readiness and disclosures to pricing discipline and post-listing execution.
