Dexif provides its Transaction Services on a no refund policy since the services mostly involve engagement time and efforts of the team, without any commitment on the end outcome, which may or may not be suitable to the client / user. Any refund requests shall be entertained by Dexif at its sole discretion and it reserves its power to make exceptions from its standard no refund policy.

25. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The Platform, Services, all your transactions through the Platform, and our relationship shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any dispute or claim arising out of or in relation to this Agreement shall be settled in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, or amendments thereof. The place of arbitration shall be Delhi, and the arbitration language shall be English. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on all parties.
